Leads user-centred and service design for enterprise platform features and onboarded government services, ensuring that Ontario businesses can access and manage services through a consistent, intuitive, inclusive, and accessible experience. The role plans and conducts user research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and accessibility evaluation across account, profile, dashboard, form, workflow, notification, document, delegation, and service-discovery experiences. Working with users, ministry partners, product managers, business analysts, architects, developers, accessibility specialists, and testers, the Senior UX Designer translates evidence and service needs into practical designs and reusable patterns. The role supports implementation through detailed specifications and design reviews, validates delivered experiences, and contributes to the ongoing maturity of the enterprise platform design system and enterprise service experience.
